Safety and Job-Site Efficiency
Pioneer makes safety paramount on each and every job. Our safety representatives are thoroughly educated professionals highly knowledgeable in teaching and executing OSHA required safety regulations. Pioneer is committed to providing all of the training and equipment needed to ensure the safety of our crews.

Roof Safety Operations:
Pioneer contracts with an outside Safety Director who provides an unbiased review of our safety operations. He meets regularly with our safety committee to make sure all safety-related communication is flowing properly from the employees to management and back.
Another way we ensure a safe working environment is pre-employment and random drug testing. All of these factors allow us to maintain some of the lowest Worker's Compensation Experience Modification Rating (EMR) and Total Recordable Incidence Rates (TRIR) in the industry.
